Date: Include a start date and information about when you will review and/or complete your work on this goal.

Goal: Write out what you intend to achieve (not mark orientated), do or accomplish. Be specific. State whether your goal is an academic goal, a passion pursuit goal, a service goal or a fitness goal. Create a different snapshot for each goal that you are writing.

Learning Activities/Strategies: List all of the activies and or strategies which you will employ to meet your goal. Be specific.

|
Demonstration/Documentation: List the products, outcomes or results that you will have that will demonstrate that you have met or worked towards meeting your goal. This list might include marks, pieces of evidence, or things that you will have done or completed.

|
|
Resources: List any resources you will use to help you meet your goal. Your resource list can include people, places, internet sources, texts, or material.
