Background

I enrolled in the Millersville University Summer Educator's Workshop, EDW 562 - Teaching the Underground Railroad, during the week of July 12-16, 2004. As a secondary librarian, I was interested in locating resources to help the teachers who will teach this subject.

We took field trips to a number of Lancaster County sites connected to the Underground Railroad, including Columbia, Lancaster, and Christiana.
