Team Dynamic:
Our team is great at meeting to discuss cases and assignments. During our meetings, we try to work efficiently so as to get the work done in a timely manner. We also have fun while we're meeting. We've gotten to know each other over the semester and we are proud to be the BIO-Bunch!

Team Strengths:
We are a very cohesive team. We get along very well and we generally enjoy spending time meeting...even though we may get frustrated with material. We are good about meeting to discuss the cases and assignments. We are good about listening to each other's ideas and opinions. We each bring a different dynamic to each team meeting.

Renal Physiology:
The exam on Friday, November 4 covered the renal system of the body. Renal homeostasis, hormone regulation, and renal case studies were the focus of our studying. Although the exam was difficult for us, we still hold strong that we encourage a challenge. We work very well together as team during the exam. We listen to each team member's ideas and reasons for choosing answers. Perhaps our goal for the next exam should be to consult our notes and books more for resources on the team part of the exam. We are going to do the Grand Rounds case on Wednesday, November 16th, and we are EXCITED to prepare and discuss our case.

Assignment Progress:
We have been improving on our Prelab reports and Lab reports, acheiving almost all perfect scores lately. We are still striving to be a team that gets the bonus points from an excellent narrative. Go Team!

Team Weaknesses:
While we work very well together, we are still frustrated with our exam scores. We are getting better and we are no longer at the bottom of the rankings, but we are still somewhat frustrated. With the last exam on the 4th, we found that we didn't have enough time to discuss each question. For this, we could have one person focus on looking up the answer while the others discuss. We also have had a bit of a problem with class attendance...but we'll work on that with great motivation! Go team!

We also love to talk about the fun times in college...in relation to the physiology of the renal system of course! Go team!
