    Conflict Resolution Within the Team

Luckily we have very few conflicts within the group. The discussions go well as each member contributes their thoughts and conclusions. Everyone in the group is respectful of others ideas and a collaborative decision is made.

    Roles of Individuals in Team:

  • The team collaborates very well and each team member takes a role as a leader at times when they have the most knowledge of the topic discussed. Each member also contributes ideas to group discussion in order to facilitate completion of the top-quality project.

    Team Reactions to Exams:

Exam 1: The exam was challenging. It was the first time any of us have taken an exam in that format, so everyone was a little nervous. Overall we did well, but we are eager to work hard to improve on the second exam.

Exam 2: This exam was an improvement for most of the team individually, we were near the middle of the class distribution in each of the graded categories.

Exam 3: This exam went very well for the team individually, but the team grade was lower than the last two exams. We experienced more disagreement between answers and it was difficult to come to a concensus.

    Exam 4:

    Strengths:

  • Every team member feels comfortable with the material before exams.
  • Each team member dedicates time to meeting weekly to develop top-quality assignments.
  • Team attendance is very good at lecture and team meetings.
  • There are no inner-team conflicts and we all work well together.
  • We are respectful of others ideas and knowledge when discussing assignments.
  • Weaknesses:

  • We need to work on group discussion during exams.
  • Team test scores reflect the need to discuss cases outside of the exam setting.
